I strongly believe that you can find meaning and richness in life with the right support. I strive to offer you empathy, caring, and compassion. I aim to create a space where you can express your most difficult feelings, thoughts, or situations.
Experience: I am a psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University. I have worked in human services with adults and families for nearly 25 years. I have experience supporting clients with grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. I am a Social Worker Candidate with the Nova Scotia College of Social Work.
