Clients often feel overwhelmed by all the nutrition information out there and don’t know where to start to feel better and healthier. They are unaware of the impact the foods they eat can have on their thoughts, health and overall wellbeing. I practice a non-diet approach with clients encouraging mindfulness to increase awareness and therefore help create healthier habits for lasting change. I strive to support clients to understand how their food choices, eating habits & lifestyle behaviors may be impacting their health & mental wellbeing.
